Our Marketing team is growing and seeking for talented UA Specialist, who will play a key role in using various marketing techniques to acquire new users into Paidwork platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge of tools to reach millions of people.
Creating user acquisition plans and their implementation.
Implement new advertising and marketing solutions.
Analysis of market needs and competition activities.
Active cooperation with other companies.
Scheduling calls and looking for partnerships.

What we expect from you:

English language (C1/C2).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good development orientation in the sales department of a dynamically growing company.
Good work organization and prioritization skills.
Intelligence and the ability to learn quickly.
Fair understanding about the industry, marketing process, and competition.
Independence and creativity in carrying out entrusted tasks.
