Our Customer Success team is growing and seeking for talented Customer Support Specialist, who will provide our customers with relevant information regarding Paidwork functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to emails, reviews, reporting problems by users.

Providing information about errors, improvements and platform development.

- Educate our users from basics to the full functionality to benefit from Paidwork services.

- Provide internal departments and management with customers feedback.

What we expect from you:

- English language (C1/C2).

- Customer support related experience.

- Desire to move up and grow with the company.

- Analytical skills and strong desire to evolve in IT.

- The ability to work well with others.

- Good problem-solving skills.

- Energy, enthusiasm, and motivation.

- Intelligence and the ability to learn quickly.
